Mahant Bhagwan Das & Dr.Farhana Masood are
the joint State Leaders of J&K.

Mahant Bhagwan Das is the secretary National Human rights and is also the chairman of Matavankhandi charitable trust.

He is working in close collaboration with WORK for the last several years for the first time work members were invited by Mahant Bhagwan Das ji at Mahanpura Mata Vankhandi Ashram, Kathua.

Dr.Farhana is a Dental surgeon who has completed her B.D.S from Government Dental College, Srinagar, Kashmir university

She is a social worker and running her dental clinic as a Dental Health care clinic in association with Global Health care
